IAHA’s 3 Year Plan for Future Success

IAHA’s Long Range Planning Committee is please to present the new Three Year Plan.  The committee has determined these points to be essential in the continued success and growth of the association for the betterment of everyone in our industry.  This plan is designed to give direction to the board over the next three years.

Three Year Plan for the International Association of Haunted Attractions

The Board of Directors plans to:

1. Increase membership
2. Increase and improve member benefits.
3. Promote member’s attractions.
4. Develop educational and safety programs for members by expanding C.H.A.O.S.
5. Tally and be the source of statistical information that represents our industry.
6. Create documents and handbooks for our members.
7. Build strategic alliances with others in the entertainment industry.
8. Continue to bring all aspects of our industry together.
9. Expand revenue opportunities to allow the association to grow.
10. Promote and market our industry as a whole.
11. Recognize members for their accomplishments by expanding our awards banquet.
12. Create and sponsor networking programs for members.
13. Develop a venue/auction for vendors and members to sell and exchange products.
14. Create a website that will fill the needs of our members and represent our industry as a whole.
